Stroud Building Extension Work

A Double Storey Extension
During this extension project we added a 26ft long kitchen diner and utility and converted a garage to an integral study room.
Upstairs we added a corridor leading to a family bathroom, a 26ft master bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the landscaped garden which was stepped up to reach the bedroom entrance.
Using a replica of natural Cotswold stone called T Block, we reduced the cost of materials by half.

Cirencester Building Extension Work

This project was part of a massive renovation project and is constructed entirely from natural Cotswold stone, the extension added a porch, utility and boot room downstairs. Upstairs the extension made room for a large family bathroom.

Cirencester Building Extension Work

This extension had to be built on a slope as the client wanted to maximise their space whilst making sure the views from the house could still be enjoyed from both inside and outside.
Summerbee’s took on board all of the clients requirements when planning the layout of the extension. The final project included external stairs, a sun room, a raised patio area and downstairs garden room we devised. The solution we implemented satisfied all of the clients requirements.
