Due to the nature of our business, over the years we have developed close working relationships with Architects as well as Planning Specialists in order to offer our clients these services, in line with project works. We work with specialists with an impressive record of matching clients' needs with sensitivity to the historic environment, high quality design, skilled execution and cooperation, with ongoing communication to ensure all parties are fully informed at all times.

Resourcing, integrating and tracking projects from inception to completion is our proven path to success. We work with planning authorities and other decision makers with extensive experience of their culture, policies and practice. We also work with a team of historic building consultants and heritage architects for whom being lead consultants is a familiar role.

Projects range in value from around £10,000 to over £5m. We excel in building and area conservation, urban design and new buildings in historic settings.
